1. Precautions for daily wear
Avoid contact with corrosive substances
Keep away from items containing sulfur or chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, sulfur soap, sea water, hot springs, etc. when wearing. Jewelry should be removed when swimming, bathing, or soaking in hot springs to prevent accelerated oxidation and blackening.
Reduce friction and collision
Do not wear with other metal jewelry to avoid deformation or scratching the surface due to collision. It is recommended to remove it during strenuous exercise or housework to prevent sweat erosion and physical damage.
Wipe the surface regularly
Gently wipe the jewelry with a special silver-polishing cloth every day to remove grease and dirt and maintain the gloss. The silver-polishing cloth contains maintenance ingredients and cannot be washed with water
2. Cleaning and deoxidation methods
Mild oxidation treatment
Toothpaste cleaning method: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to dip a small amount of toothpaste (avoid particles) and gently brush the surface of the silver jewelry, rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
Silver-polishing cloth/silver-wiping milk: For local yellowing, wipe it one-way with a silver-polishing cloth; stubborn black spots can be dripped with silver milk on cotton cloth and gently wiped, and finally polished with a silver-polishing cloth.
Heavy oxidation treatment
Soak in silver cleaning water: Soak the jewelry in special silver cleaning water for 1-3 seconds, then take it out immediately, rinse with clean water and dry it thoroughly. Note that frequent use may corrode silver jewelry.
Soak in white vinegar/cola: Wipe with a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar or soak in cola for 12 hours, suitable for plain silver jewelry without electroplating.
III. Storage and protection tips
Sealed to prevent oxidation
When not wearing, wipe it with a cotton cloth and put it in a sealed bag or jewelry box to isolate it from air and slow down oxidation. Desiccant can be added to absorb moisture.
Surface protective coating
Apply a thin layer of colorless transparent nail polish or varnish film on the surface of silver jewelry to form a protective layer to delay blackening.

REFUND POLICY
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 15 days.
We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 15 days, with proof of purchase damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Please note you may return most EclatDoré items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.
However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Free items from special offers are final sale. Please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case.

Returns Without Label
